This cutting-edge technology platform powers our GUNEYE Smart HD Gun Camera. The GUNEYE is versatile for many uses such as self-protection, to track shooting proﬁciency, and for recreational sporting activities. Also, the GUNEYE system provides the capability to record an event for accuracy and prevent false accusations in an altercation.
The GUNEYE product has a warranty of one year (1) on all the parts and materials, from the original date of purchase within the United States of America. GUNEYE, LLC. has the obligation in the event of any workmanship and/or materials defect during the one year warranty timeframe to repair or replace any defective part or product with a similar part or product at the sole discretion of GUNEYE. This WARRANTY does not cover any water or humidity damage, or any damage due to unreasonable use, extreme conditions or temperatures, and /or any alteration to the GUNEYE product. The warranty will be void, in the case of any water damage and any indicators that the GUNEYE product has been exposed to water internally, exposure to extreme temperatures, or if the outer casing assembly has been tampered with in any way.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to GUNEYE at GUNEYE Customer Service Center, 201 Next Technology Dr., Madison, AL 35758 when sending the product back for assessment and/or repairs. You must contact GUNEYE Customer Service to assign for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to process returns and repairs. (Please see the GUNEYE Returns and Repair Information section.)

GUNEYE products can be exchanged for new products, in the case it cannot be repaired within the Warranty conditions and time period, and only after the product is assessed by our technical customer care support team. The exchange policy covers only defective products.

Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you may return it to GUNEYE within 14-days for a refund. Please note that it will require 15-21 business days to process product returns.
Shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.. GUNEYE is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping. The user must ship the GUNEYE Product in appropriate packing for safe shipping along with the Product Return Form and a copy of the purchase receipt, unless the GUNEYE PRODUCT has been registered on-line. All repairs or returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA number. This RMA number will be provided by Customer Service.
Important: You must contact GUNEYE Customer Service to assign for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). This number needs to appear on the outside of the returned package. The Product Return Form must be filled out online stating the reason and issue for the return, and include a copy of your original receipt/invoice with your shipment. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received, and must include the manual and all included accessories.
Items received by GUNEYE that have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect, and or other obvious physical damage will be returned to the customer. Refund or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event that GUNEYE issues a refund. Special orders, closeouts, and products sold ‘as is’ cannot be returned. FIREARM, EYE reserves the rights to refuse merchandise, return the merchandise, repair merchandise, or charge a 10% restocking fee under the following conditions:
